What cities do you operate in?
We currently provide service to all cities within and up to 50 miles away from the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex.
Who can use this service?
We service general contractors (and some real estate developers) in the DFW metroplex.
How do I know I'm getting quality crews?
All crews come from recommendations by other general contractors in your industry. We publish your labor needs, and GCs look within their own networks of crews they have previously worked with to identify the best fit for your project. Each GC is then rated based on the quality of crews they have recommended in previous projects.
How much does it cost?
Our labor markup typically ranges from 5–20%, depending on urgency and labor availability for your trade.
This fee covers crew onboarding, insurance verification (if requested), scheduling, change order management, and job tracking. Because we handle the administrative work, other GCs are incentivized to supply trusted crews to you at near-cost, so they can keep their best guys in rotation.
Where do you find your crews?
Other GCs recommend crews within their network that are currently underutilized. You simply choose the GC whose hiring standards align with yours. For example, if you value clean, punctual crews specializing in commercial roofing, we can connect you with a GC who prioritizes the same and has trusted subcontractors ready to send to your job.
What happens after I book a crew?
A start date is agreed upon. Your client or you fund escrow and we release a portion of those funds back to you as working capital.
Upon arrival, the crew checks in, then you instruct the crew on what needs to be done.
What if a crew doesn't perform?
Submit a dispute online in less than 2 minutes. We examine everything on a case-by-case basis and may issue a partial or full refund.
We can also step in on your behalf and immediately replace an underperforming crew, so your job can continue on schedule.
