1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Kijanix app (the “App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.
2. Eligibility
The App is intended for licensed general contractors (“GCs”) and subcontractors. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Use of the App
- The App allows GCs to request subcontractors, view vetted crews, and provide recommendations for crews they have worked with.
- You may only use the App for lawful business purposes related to construction projects and subcontractor management.
- Confidential information about crews or other GCs must not be shared outside the App.
4. Recommendations
- Recommendations must reflect real project experience and verified crews. False or misleading recommendations are prohibited.
- Recommendations cannot be revoked except in extenuating circumstances determined by Kijanix.
- Recommendations are tied to trade and contractor. A recommendation does not carry over to unrelated trades.
5. GC Incentives
- Kijanix maintains a separate GC Incentive Policy that governs financial rewards for recommendations. By submitting recommendations or using the App, you agree to be bound by that policy.

6. User Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date profile and business information.
- Protect your login credentials; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Do not misuse the App or attempt to circumvent its processes.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on the App are owned by Kijanix or its partners. Use is limited to the App’s intended functions.
8. Disclaimers
- Kijanix does not guarantee the availability, performance, or suitability of any subcontractor or crew.
- Ratings and recommendations are peer-based and do not constitute a warranty of quality or reliability.
9. Mediation & Dispute Resolution
- Kijanix reserves the right to mediate disputes, including disagreements over incentives, recommendations, or crew performance.
- Kijanix will determine eligibility and payouts in the event of any dispute, and such decisions are final.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kijanix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
11. Modifications to Terms
Kijanix may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
